spicy italian, herbs&cheese, provologne, with banana peppers, black olives, pickles and lettuce, and real mayo, toasted.

I also somethines get a subway club on honey oat with the same toppings.

Funny thing about the mayo. Around here if you don't specify "not light" they use some shitty miracle whip clone that tastes like ass. Actually some stores around here won't even fucking put mayo on it, you have to use packets and do it yourself. Goddamn health food faggotry.

Ingredients:
Artichokes
Parmesean cheese
Mozzerella cheese
Bread crumbs
Minced garlic
Olive oil
Lemon juice
Salt & Pepper. Basil or parsley optional.

Artichoke preparation:
Take each artichoke and use scissors or a knife to cut off the tops of each leaf (They have prickly tops that WILL puncture skin)
When finished, cut each artichoke in half.
Inside there will be fine hairs and more leaves. Scoop them out with a spoon, leaving the heart intact.
Rub lemon juice over the artichoke. (To prevent it from discoloring from air exposure)

Stuffing preparation:
Mix together a couple tablespoons of minced garlic, about a cup of parmesean, half a cup of mozzerella, and a cup of bread crumbs. Mix all together with lemon juice and oil until it becomes pasty.

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Pull each artichoke leaf open and stuff the mixture in (Be very generous in the amount!), and cover the exposed heart with it.
Place each artichoke in a baking dish and top them off with a sprinkling of cheese, salt, and pepper.
Put about an inch of water into the pan, and cover.
Cook until tender (About 45 minutes), then uncover to lightly brown the leaves.

Serve and enjoy!
