Deep down, I think everyone knows that murder is worse than rape. The rape victim can defend his/her position that rape is worse, but the murder victim can't, because s/he's dead.

True. In my opinion there is a exception to rape compared to murder. For example say some child is raped and gets aids or the child has suffered permanent damage through rape such as vaginal or anal ripping.Now logically you can say murder is worse,but i think permanent physical harm compares,but in alot of rape cases or even so called child molestation cases the rape victims were not physically harmed,but they suffered emotionally. I blame politics and society for all of the scarring. As for the murder victims having a voice im sure people would agree that murder is worse than rape. Personally if i was raped and as long as i didnt suffer permanent physical damage it wouldnt bother me. I could get over it in like a day or two.
