Extabit is on the no-host list. For freeloaders, it has a lot of advantages. Download 3 files at once, no free dl size restriction 1GB+, the links don't expire after getting through the 30s countdown and easy-to-read capcha so lots of them can be lined up to launch immediately, and there are no other delays besides the 30s (although you have to stay on that window to keep the countdown going.) Every now and then some joker makes a file "premium-only". I ignore them. You can kill them. To dl 3 files as a free user, get one from each server, guest1, guest2 and guest5. (Servers are assigned randomly when the link is created. If that server has a file going, click the llnk, go back from "limit IP" and get a new link.) Guest2 is a bit easier to get, so I put big files on 1 and 5 and dl little stuff one after another from 2. Speed is 40-70kBs on each file. Not many servers give free users faster - and not 3 at once totaling 150. If you have some major issue with extabit, I understand. I just wanted to bring this information to your attention.

Does anyone else feel this site has WAY too many boards for the amount of traffic it gets? Most of the boards here are pretty dead... Mainly due to the fact (IMO) that people are busy on X board while a great thread is in Y. Guys you should seriously consider axing a few boards, for the sake of better community discussion/ better traffic.

It would also be nice if the number of pages could be increased on boards like Sexy Women. If the number of boards is decreased, spam will increase on the remaining boards and push valid threads off the board.
I wouldn't worry about threads being pushed off. Traffic on this board has rolled to a crawl since the filesharing-apocalypse. Few affiliates means few spammers means few spam posts.

we do not get paid. it is not like a job. we have lives. i mod here because i like the forum and want to try and keep it around. it does not help that about 90% of what gets reported is not worth reporting. people report posts as spam that are not spam. they report every oron link because they do not like oron.they report every model link because they think the girl is to young even though she is fully clothed. people did the same thing when i modded anonib. all those people are doing is wasting our time. no one reports the cp threads. i always find them surfing through the forums making sure nothing bad is posted. so to answer your question yes it is that hard.
There are a lot of threads with dead links now that Megaupload, Filesonic, and others are gone. Should these be deleted? For example, in Sexy Women, half of the older threads could be deleted since they don't have anything but dead links. Maybe this is the chance to clear the clutter and start fresh.
They'll all cash out and disappear in days or weeks.
